Next step
Use standard bank transfer in the Paddy Power cashier
The Paddy Power help centre separates standard Bank Transfer from Pay by Bank. Standard transfer uses bank details and an account reference, then the banks move the funds through their transfer process. Pay by Bank links the bank through an authorisation screen and is designed for faster deposits. The two routes have different minimums and should not be substituted for one another mid-payment.
For standard transfers, the published minimum is €30 to deposit and €10 to withdraw. Paddy Power does not publish one maximum for every Irish bank; the cashier shows the current daily transfer limit. Going over that limit may cause a rejection and a charge, so check the displayed figure before sending.
Choose the right route
Use the username reference exactly
The account username is the matching reference for a standard bank-transfer deposit. If it is missing or entered incorrectly, Paddy Power says it may be unable to identify the payment. Save the bank receipt and contact support with the transfer date, amount and reference rather than sending another transfer.
The public help centre gives 2–3 working days as the usual time for a deposit to be credited and says some transfers can take up to five working days. The payout clock can be different: SEPA euro withdrawals processed before the stated 10:30 cut-off are described as next-day, while later requests can take two days.
Ireland account details
Prepare for a first bank-transfer withdrawal
Before its first standard Bank Transfer withdrawal, Paddy Power asks for a bank statement and a form of photo ID. The withdrawal is not processed until the Security Team receives those documents. Have the account name and receiving bank account ready, then use the in-account request to send the files securely.
The cashier and your bank may show separate stages: Paddy Power processing, then delivery to the receiving bank. Bank holidays and cut-off times can affect the second stage. If the cashier gives a different estimate for your account, use that transaction-specific information.
If the transaction stops
If a transfer is delayed or unmatched
The account username was not in the reference
Paddy Power says the username is required to identify a standard transfer deposit. Keep the bank receipt and contact customer support with the transfer date, amount and the reference you used so they can investigate the unmatched payment.
The deposit is still within the processing window
Check your bank’s transaction status and wait for the published window: the account credit is usually 2–3 working days and can take up to five. Do not submit a duplicate while the first transfer is processing.
A first withdrawal is not moving
Paddy Power requires a bank statement and photo ID before processing a first standard Bank Transfer withdrawal. Check the account message area for any document request and submit the requested files before following up.
Before a payout
Documents and account matching
For a first standard Bank Transfer withdrawal, the help centre asks for a bank statement and photo ID before processing. The statement should identify the receiving account. Provide it only through the account’s support or verification flow; the transaction remains pending until the requested documents are received.
